Happy Tuesday! We had a wonderful tea party today. C loved our menu and so did I! Simple and delicious.
Here's how everything looked all together:
C especially loved the bruschetta! She said it was her favorite tea party food so far. I originally had lofty goals of making a homemade baguette but I never got around to it. Squares of toast with garlic rubbed on while it they were still hot were a yummy substitute. The bruschetta was very simple just diced tomatoes, basil and a sprinkle of salt.
I can never get her headbands to stay put!
C and I often have cucumbers or veggies with guacamole, today I made it a little fancier by topping cucumber slices with the guacamole. C loved them! A little grape tomato half would have been cute on top but I didn't have enough.
C was very excited to see that I made cookies last night after she went to bed. I just followed the recipe on the oatmeal container.
Everything was so yummy and we ate every bite of the bruschetta and the cucumbers! C prefers peppermint tea over the chamomile so I probably won't purchase anymore after we finish this package.
Do you have any suggestions for fun tea party food? I would love to hear them in the comment section below! Thank you so much for visiting Joy Focused Learning!

It's Shelly from There's No Place Like Home...I couldn't use my WordPress profile for some reason. Anyway, those cucumbers with guacamole look scrumptious! Thanks for the link-up!
