C and I just made this adorable centerpiece and I had to share it with you!  I found it in a Family Fun Magazine.

I have really been slacking when it come to Thanksgiving this year.  Today is the first day we have really talked or read about Thanksgiving and it is the Friday before the holiday!  I don't even have a meal plan.  I don't know why but I just don't have it all together right now.

On to the cute craft:

Here C is writing what she is thankful for on little scraps of paper.

Here is the ship with all of the things she is thankful for.  We will fill the ship with them and put it on the kitchen table.  It turned out so cute!  I am also so happy with how well she spelled, I didn't help her with any of the spellings.  Here is what she got:

* Jesus          *ship           *pinsls (pencils)          * fale (family)               * boks (books)

* trash can         * hugs          * tos (toys)          * mune (money)          * watr (water)

* hom (home)             * frens (friends)            * food           * God          * iscrem (ice cream)

I just love how this turned out, it will make a great center piece on Thanksgiving day!  If you would like to make one yourself, you can download a template here, just click on the boatload of gratitude. :)
