Homeschool Highlights for March 2014

Well, I still haven't gotten back into the habit of posting a Weekly Wrap-up each Friday but I thought I'd share a little bit of what we have been up to lately!  March has been a busy month!

We started March out celebrating Dr. Seuss.  We had a Seuss themed Tea Party Tuesday, checked out about 30 Seuss books from the library and just had a lot of fun!

C loves painting so of course we had to paint a Cat in the Hat hat!

One morning for snack we had Pink Ink Drink, it was a big hit!

We also read, read and read some more!

One day recently C painted herself during her rest time. When I asked her why she said, "People in Africa do it."

In her Calvert Math, C is working on money.  She asked to practice by purchasing items at a pretend store, of course I said yes!  She had so much fun!

She did a great job!

This certainly isn't all we've been up to the last couple weeks, just a quick glimpse!  What have you been up to in your homeschool?  I would love to hear in the comments below!

Thank you so much for visiting Joy Focused Learning!
